Cancellations
You can, at any point until your order is shipped, request its cancellation, where a full refund will immediately be granted to you. However, if we determine that the order is too far into the fulfillment process to cancel, it will be shipped regardless, but you will still be able to initiate a return once you receive it, according to our return policy below.
To cancel an order, you can use the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen to contact us.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with no signs of wear and tear, and in its original packaging.
You can start a return by logging in and viewing your order history here.
Once your return is accepted, if you are located in the United States or Canada, we’ll send you a return shipping label, the price of which will be deducted from your refund, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you live elsewhere, you will have to send the item back to us on your own using any tracked method of your choosing. The return address will be provided to you upon the acceptance of your return request.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Abandoned or Destroyed Orders
No refunds will be issued for items that are destroyed due to being refused at delivery, or are abandoned due to unpaid duties.
For items that are sent back to us due to being refused at delivery, or abandoned due to unpaid duties, you will receive a refund of the order minus a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping.
Lost Orders
If your order has passed its delivery estimate window by 15 days or more (30 days or more if shipped to Italy), and/or you believe that it is stuck or lost in transit, you can use the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen to contact us, and we will file an insurance claim for the lost package. You must contact us regarding a lost order within 90 days of placing the order. You may be required to sign and fill an affidavit for the insurance claim. Once the insurance claim comes to a conclusion, you will be notified and sent a replacement item.
If your order is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, we are no longer responsible for it and no refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Please note that digital products on our site are NOT refundable.
Please note that a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund on orders that are returned for reasons other than a defect or an error on our part (e.g. customer didn't like the item, item doesn't fit, etc.). This fee is separate from the return label fee. If a customer chooses to use their own return shipping, only the restocking fee will apply.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
