Warranty Coverage
RovisTech offers a one-year limited warranty on all products, covering functionality under normal and reasonable usage conditions. This warranty guarantees that our products will function as intended when used as directed, such as daily carrying in a wallet with typical stress levels. However, warranty coverage does not cover:
- Misuse or abuse, including sitting on or forcefully compressing the item.
- Dropping, liquid exposure, or other environmental damage.
- Accidental damage.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations of any kind.
- Any claims beyond the one-year warranty period.
This warranty is valid from the date of delivery and provides a replacement if a product ceases to function properly within the defined warranty period. The warranty period is based on the delivery date of the initial purchase and will not be extended for replacements sent to you under warranty.
Warranty Claim Process
- Claims Within 90 Days of Delivery:
- If your product stops functioning properly within 90 days of delivery, RovisTech will replace the product and cover 100% of shipping costs (both ways).
- To initiate a claim, please use the form below.
- Claims Between 91 Days and 1 Year of Delivery:
- If a product stops functioning between 91 days and 1 year from delivery, RovisTech will provide a free replacement, but you will be responsible for covering the cost to ship the item back to us.
- If you opt to use your own shipping method, whether it be tracked or not, lost returns will not be compensated, and the warranty claim will be immediately nullified.
- For customers in Canada or the United States, we offer an optional return label at a flat rate of $25 CAD to simplify the return process.
- Upon receiving the returned item (if applicable), we will send the replacement product to you at no additional cost. It may take up to 3 weeks for a return to arrive to our facility. If you do not wish to wait, you can opt to pay a deposit of $50 CAD, and a replacement will be sent to you immediately. Once we receive your defective item, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Exceptions
In some cases, RovisTech may determine that it is unnecessary to return the faulty item. These cases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and our customer service team will inform you if this applies to your situation.
